Recommended Use

Upon waking, consume 2 capsules of Grenade Black Ops with water, before eating. Take another 2 capsules 30 minutes before lunch.

During the first 7 days, take only 1 capsule two times a day to gauge your body’s tolerance. For an intensified workout, take 2 capsules beforehand.

Ensure you hydrate by drinking a minimum of 8 glasses of water daily. Never take more than 4 capsules within a 24-hour period.
